Welcome to LoveFox, a mobile application provided by HS London New Media Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the LoveFox app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Use of the App is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into this agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and community standards. You must not:
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including messages and photos. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
All other content within the App, including design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to HS London New Media Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
LoveFox offers in-app purchases and subscription services through the Apple App Store. All payments and billing are managed through your Apple ID account. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription terms are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We do not have the ability to process or manage refunds directly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour we deem inappropriate. You may delete your account at any time within the app’s settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We are not responsible for user-generated content or actions taken by users, either online or offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HS London New Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
